WINISC ships industrial automation, electrification and control products to customers worldwide. We understand that replacement parts are often time-critical, so each quotation clearly identifies the available shipping method, estimated dispatch time and freight cost before you place an order.

1. Shipping quotation
Shipping methods and costs are confirmed on our quotation or order confirmation. The amount depends on:
- destination country and postal code;
- parcel weight and dimensions;
- declared value;
- express or economy service;
- remote-area, oversized, dangerous-goods or special-handling requirements;
- insurance; and
- the agreed Incoterm or delivery basis.
If you have a deadline, provide the required delivery date and complete destination address when requesting a quote. Our sales team will check the most suitable available service.
2. Carriers and customer freight accounts
We commonly ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT or another reputable carrier appropriate for the route. Carrier availability varies by country, parcel type and service level.
You may ask us to ship using your company’s carrier account or nominated freight forwarder. Please provide the account number, service level, collection instructions and local contact details before payment. Use of a customer-nominated carrier remains subject to carrier acceptance and our export and compliance requirements.
3. Order processing and dispatch
In-stock products normally dispatch from one of our warehouses within 24 hours after cleared payment and completion of any required compliance checks. This is a processing target rather than a guaranteed delivery commitment. Cut-off times, weekends, Singapore public holidays, warehouse location, order quantity, inspection, export documentation and special packaging may affect dispatch.
For products that are not immediately in stock, the estimated lead time will be shown on the quotation. We will contact you if we become aware of a material change.
4. Delivery estimates
Transit times provided by WINISC or a carrier are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. They normally begin after the carrier collects the shipment, not when the order is placed. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, flight capacity, weather, peak periods, remote-area service, local holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
For urgent plant shutdown or maintenance requirements, tell us before ordering. We can check priority services, but no delivery date should be treated as guaranteed unless stated as such in the order confirmation.
5. Tracking
After dispatch, we normally send a shipment notification containing the carrier, tracking number and tracking link. Tracking events are provided by the carrier and may take several hours to appear.
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact info@winisc-chain.com with your order number so that we can assist with a carrier enquiry.
6. Packaging and shipment inspection
Products are packed for international transport with appropriate protective materials. Where practical, we check the part number, quantity, visible condition and packaging before dispatch. Anti-static or additional protective packaging is used where appropriate to the product.
Original manufacturer packaging can vary by production date and sourcing channel. If unopened factory-sealed packaging, special preservation, moisture protection or other packaging requirements are mandatory, state this before ordering so that we can confirm availability.
7. Customs duties, taxes and import requirements
Unless expressly included in the quotation, the recipient is responsible for:
- import duties, VAT, GST and other destination taxes;
- customs brokerage and disbursement fees;
- import permits, licences and product registrations;
- providing tax numbers, importer details and customs information; and
- complying with destination-country import restrictions.
Customs authorities or the carrier may contact the recipient for documents or payment before release. Delayed responses can result in storage fees, return-to-sender charges or abandonment. These costs are normally the customer’s responsibility unless the delay resulted from our documented error.
8. Incoterms and transfer of risk
The applicable shipping basis, Incoterm, insurance arrangement and point at which risk transfers will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Please ask us to clarify these terms before payment if they are not clear. Delivery duties and taxes should not be assumed to be included merely because WINISC arranges the carrier.
9. Shipping insurance
Insurance may be available at additional cost depending on the carrier, destination and nature of the goods. If you require full-value cargo insurance, request it before accepting the quotation. Standard carrier liability may be limited and may not equal the invoice value.
10. Damaged, missing or incorrect shipments
When a shipment arrives:
- Check the number of parcels and inspect the outer packaging.
- Record visible damage or missing parcels on the carrier’s delivery record where possible.
- Take clear photographs of the outer box, shipping label, internal packaging and product.
- Keep all packaging and documents until the issue is resolved.
- Notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, at info@winisc-chain.com.
Please include the WINISC order or invoice number, part number, quantity affected and a description of the issue. Prompt notice helps us preserve the evidence required for a carrier claim and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Address changes and failed delivery
Check the delivery address, contact name, telephone number and postal code before approving the order. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible and may create additional charges or delays.
If delivery fails because the address or recipient information supplied was incomplete, the recipient refused delivery, customs information or payment was not provided, or the parcel was not collected, the customer may be responsible for storage, redelivery, return freight, duties and other carrier charges.
12. Split shipments and backorders
If an order contains products with different lead times, we can discuss a split shipment. Additional freight costs will be confirmed before dispatch. Unless agreed otherwise, we may hold the order and ship it together when all products are ready.
13. Restricted and special-handling shipments
Some products, batteries, chemicals, oversized equipment or high-value shipments may require special packaging, carrier approval, permits or additional charges. We may be unable to ship certain products to restricted destinations or end users because of export-control, sanctions, carrier or import requirements.
