All quotes from DO Supply are valid for 7 days. Please contact info@winisc-chain.com for a new quote if your quote has expired. Unless otherwise stated at the time of quotation, quotations may be extended to be valid for up to 30 days.
A small selection of products is displayed on our website. If you can’t find the item you need, please provide us with the product model number, picture, and detailed information, our account manager is always ready to help you.

Outside of company business hours, it may take longer, but our company tries to respond to your requests 24/7.
All stock items normally ship from one of our warehouses within 24 hours of receipt of payment. For other items, our sales manager will write the delivery time on the quotation and we will ship as soon as possible. As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name and a tracking number with a link to their website.
Supplying world-class brands. All of the parts that we supply are fully tested and for extra peace of mind, all parts are sold with a standard 12-month return-to-base warranty; we also offer dedicated after sales support.
There are various shipping options available to each country. Shipping methods and costs are clearly shown on all quotations.
We primarily utilize carriers such as TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and BRE. If you have an account with any of these carriers, you can arrange the shipping yourself.
If you wish to use your own shipping company, please contact our sales team and provide the shipping company details.
Local Customs Charges
This is your responsibility to pay any charges relating to the import of goods into your country. Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility/liability for local taxes and/or customs duties that may be payable upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with these requirements.
We offer a 12-month return to factory warranty on all items. Therefore, if you experience any problems within 12 months of the date of delivery, you can contact our customer support team who will be happy to help you and explain your next steps.

If you are not satisfied with the item you received for any reason. We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
